THE PROBLEM

Founded in 1987, Mitch Dowd remains one of the very few independent and privately owned clothing businesses in Australia. Mitch Dowd has traditionally run a wholesale model, selling through David Jones and Myer. Ecommerce was growing organically, and reached a point where it made sense to scale up the online division. After trying a traditional above-the-line agency using SME-focused campaigns, their online retail effort was struggling.

OUR SOLUTION

We worked closely with Mitch Dowd to be able to forecast sales results that aligned to the businesses growth objectives with a guaranteed x-chart. This mapped the client’s growth outcomes on a quarter by quarter basis. We then built a customised strategy that would deliver the growth from the x-chart.
We then moved into repositioning all retail campaigns, rebuilding those campaigns to leverage search, enhanced their content strategy, link building and social campaign activation.”
