          The rental market is wide and varied. Are you marketing a commercial shop for lease? An apartment? A house? In general, younger prospective customers are big in the rent game, so we’d start by going digital with your strategy.

Make sure that your site is visible online first, and gives visitors plenty of incentive and opportunities to sign up – this could be one of your most valuable channels.
